科技大學管理領域專業課程融入個案教學創新模式之研究

An Approach to Case Teaching Innovational Model for Blending Professional Curriculum in Managerial Area at Technological University

摘要


鑒於科技大學管理領域專業課程的學習範疇,已無法侷限於課堂傳授與速成教導,尤須旁徵博引相關個案淬取最佳典範的驗證分析與融會貫通。因此,亟待融入實例研究穿透學術理論的個案教學法,不啻符合學習需求取向之教學模式,更能增進閱讀樂趣和學習潛能。特別是科技大學聚焦於厚植產業所需的實務應用人才,端賴擅於運用個案教學創新模式,整合撰寫報告、成果發表、主持問答、總結評論與評量機制等流程,藉資活絡教學互動,體現教學相長的雙重效應,裨益提升教學品保與競爭優勢。爰透過關鍵主題的問卷調查與統計分析,同步匯集修課學生意見及商管學院授課教師經驗,從中建構合適度、可行性的改良型創新模式。最後,期冀加速擴散於管理領域所有的專業課程,進而培育優秀人才展現卓越的知識管理與運籌帷幄能力。

According to learning field of professional curriculum for managerial area in technological university, these are neither the limit by classroom nor singular teaching rapidly. Moreover, it needs to summarize the best practice from analyzing related cases and verification comprehensively. Therefore, case teaching method depends on case study involving to academic theory, which meets not only to put learning demand first but also all the students do their best to can interest in potential of reading and learning. Especially technological universities focus on cultivating practical talents, and are good at the more case teaching innovational model, the more upgrading teaching quality assurance and promoting competitive advantage. The methodology consists of learning assessment mechanism, and promotes interaction to integrate by writing paper, presentation, Q&A, and comment for promoting teaching as well as learning. Furthermore, the author completes critical topics of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis to combine with business administration students and teachers at college of business and management. So far the author will work out an appropriate, suitable, and improved case teaching model. At last, the outcome can upgrade and expand to the whole professional curriculum for managerial area. And then, every outstanding talent is able to keep up with excellent knowledge management and logistic competency.
