身心障礙兒童家庭照顧者的負荷與健康始終未受到重視。雖然近幾年政府致力落實特殊教育制度,在「最少限制下,獲得最大的功能」原則下透過資源連結的整合,期盼幫助特殊需求學生發揮最大的能力。然而照顧者因為不堪負荷產生憂鬱、自殺的社會事件頻傳,令人省思是否忽略長期承受壓力的照顧者的身心壓力。因此,本文針對身心障礙學童照顧者壓力、社會支持與憂鬱的相關文獻,探討影響照顧者憂鬱的因素,在內容陳述分別以:(一)身心障礙兒童對照顧者的影響;(二)照顧者的壓力;(三)照顧者的社會支持等進行論述。期盼透過本文,能激起相關學者與政策制定者對此議題的關注,並共同制定能同時兼顧特殊需求學童與照護者需求之整合政策。
The loading of care and health for family caregivers of disabled student were not concerned by society. Recently, special need education institution has been launched by government, to giving disabled students with integrated resource help them to bring their talent into full play. However, the news of suicide of family caregivers who care loading and depression make us thinking that we only focus on children and ignore the need of caregivers. Therefore, this article of family caregivers aims to discuss the issue about the stress, social support and depression. We propose following concepts: (1) the impact of disable students on caregivers, (2) the stress of care givers and (3) the social support of care givers. Hopefully this article impacts issues into concerned, moreover, induce related decision makers to carry out balanced strategies to help children as well as caregivers.
