基層醫療保健品質評估指標
Quality Indicators of Family Physician System in Primary Health Care
摘要
本文就基層醫療保健品質評估指標做文獻探討，並針對評估社區醫療群家庭醫師醫療服務品質的指標提出具體建議。內容包括對基層醫療保健的定義，醫療品質的定義與發展，醫療品質指標建立的方法，基層醫療保健品質評估的方法，全民健康保險家庭醫師整合性照護制度試辦計畫簡介，並對社區醫療群醫療品質評估指標提出建議。冀望基層醫療保健品質評估指標的建立，促使基層醫療體系重視並能提升基層醫療保健的照護品質。

This article is a review on how to assess the quality of primary health care and to establish medical care indicators for it. It also proposes a series of medical care indicators for evaluating the upcoming family doctor medical care plan made by the Bureau of National Health Insurance. The definition and development of primary health care and medical care quality, methods of establishing quality indicators for primary health care, and brief introduction of family physician medical care plan made by the Bureau of National Health Insurance are discussed. Final proposals on the quality indicators for primary health care in Community Medical Care System are presented. Finally, primary health care physicians in Community Medical Care System should not only emphasize but also improve their medical care quality through the establishment of these quality indicators.
