青少年自傷經驗發展歷程之分析研究－以五個個案為例

摘要

本研究目的在於探索青少年自傷經驗之發展歷程，並從自傷青少年生活經驗中，了解其所面臨的生活困境，及產生自傷行為的相關影響因素。本研究界定之自傷行為係指個體有意識、直接對身體造成傷害，但其目的不是想造成死亡後果之行為。本研究以五位曾有多次自傷經驗之青少年為對象，運用個別深入訪談之方法進行資料收集，並依內容分析步驟來分析資料，而逐步建構出青少年自傷經驗之發展歷程。研究結果顯示，青少年自傷經驗之發展歷程：包括「生活困境」、「自傷導火線」、「引發自傷行為」、「轉化情緒」、「自傷後的主觀詮釋」五個階段，且自傷青少年在自傷後的情緒轉化及主觀詮釋會引發「習慣性自傷行為」，而形成一循環模式。最後乃針對以上之研究結果進行討論，並對諮商實務工作者提出建議。

The purpose of the research is to explore the developmental process of adolescents' self-injurious experiences and to realize their living predicaments and relevant influential factors from the experiences. It is hoped to be reference for consultants and counselors.
The self-injurious behaviors defined in the research are the behaviors from individuals' consciousness and direct injury to the body, but their intention is not to cause a consequence of death. Data are collected from in-depth interviews conducted with 5 adolescents who have had self-injurious experiences in this study. The results show that there are five stages included in the developmental process of adolescents' self-injurious experiences. They are ”living predicaments”, ”fuses of self-injury”, ”triggers for self-injurious behaviors”, ”positive perception after self-injury”, and ”interpretation after self-injury”. The positive perception after self-injury and subjective interpretation would lead to ”habitual self-injurious behaviors”. Therefore, they become a circular pattern of adolescents' self-injurious behaviors.
Based on the findings, implications for practice and further research were addressed as well.
