摘要


肺癌可說是當今世界上死亡率最高的惡性腫瘤,目前其治療的方法為手術切除、化學療法及放射線治療,但療效仍有其限制。因此,尋找有效、安全、副作用低的抗癌藥物一直是學者努力的目標。近年來研究發現活化過氧化體增生劑活化受體γ(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ)可抑制癌細胞之生長,本文即是針對過氧化體增生劑活化受體γ在抗肺癌機制中可能扮演之角色進行探討。

Lung cancer is themost prevalent malignancy in theworld. Current therapeutic approaches for this disease are surgical resection, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy; however, these treatments still have limited effectiveness. The search for anticancer drugs that are effective and safe and have fewer side effects has become the first priority of researchers. Recent studies have reported that activation of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor can γ inhibit lung cancer cell growth. This paper discusses the possible mechanisms of action of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ in the prevention of lung cancer.
