Bilateral Humeral Head Fractures Due to Electrical Injury

Electrical injuries can sometimes cause severe impairments. However, fractures from such mechanism are relatively rare. We report a 50-year-old male who sustained bilateral proximal humerus fractures as a result of low-voltage electrical injury. Open reduction and internal fixation were performed on both shoulders, and patient had excellent recovery with good ranges of motion in both shoulders after one year of follow-up.
