Current Advances in Laparoscopic Adrenalectomies

After Gagner et al. (1992) reported his first successful attempt with a laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA), this minimally invasive surgical method became the gold standard for surgical interventions for the majority of small-sized adrenal lesions. In the current article, advances in LAs are discussed.
