眼科數位影像及電子病歷
Digital Image and Computer-based Patient Records for Ophthalmology
摘要
有鑒於資訊科技為醫療產業帶來強大的競爭優勢，發展「眼科數位醫療」之重任也成為近幾年各眼科醫師及專家學者急欲研發之項目，也希望藉此帶起各醫療專科「醫療數位化e-health service」之潮流；不僅在臨床工作上能藉由醫院資訊系統(hospital information system)之優勢來提升診療效率及醫療品質，同時在教學、研究及服務上均能透過數位學習(e-learning)、數位影像(digital image)、遠距醫療(telemedicine)及電子病歷(computer-based patient record)將數位科技落實於眼科醫療之未來研究及發展藍圖。本文試圖描述眼科目前之資訊發展建設如影像數位化及遠距醫療，並規劃眼科未來電子病歷系統之藍圖。

Owing to the strongly competitive advantage created by medical informatics, an important mission has become the development of medical informatics for Ophthalmology. In recent years, a rapid need for Ophthalmologists to interact with informatics' experts has developed. By building up an ”E-Health Service”, we can diagnose more efficiently and improve the quality of medical service provided by the Hospital Information System. Furthermore, it is now possible to apply Ophthalmological medical informatics in practice by implementing e-learning, digital imaging, telemedicine and computer-based patient record keeping. This article describes a framework for an information structure that includes digital imaging and telemedicine in Ophthalmology. Furthermore, we intend to establish a computer-based patient record system for Ophthalmology in the near future.
