Oncocytic Schneiderian Papilloma is an uncommon benign tumor that has the potential to become malignant, there is a high incidence of sinonasal positioning which its occurrence is similiar to inverted papilloma. We present a case of Oncocytic Schneiderian Papilloma manifesting with nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding for several months, Polypoid vegetation was found on left middle meatus by way of sinuscope, a sinus CT revealed obstruction in the orifice of left middle turbinate which indicated a thickening maxillary sinus wall and soft tissue impacted in the maxillary sinus. Under the procedure of functional endoscopic sinus surgery, lateral maxillectomy was preformed, Nasal polyps existed in the middle meatus and maxillary sinus. Pathology reports revealed Oncocytic Schneiderian Papilloma. Postoperative follow up revealed no recurrence after 5 months.
