摘要

目的：囊腫樣乳突瘤是一種不常見的良性腫瘤，有變化成惡性的機率，好發於鼻腔內，表現類似於倒生性乳突瘤。方法：本院耳鼻喉科經歷一名70歲男性病患，因為鼻塞、鼻出血數個月，所以至本科求診，經由鼻竇內視鏡發現左側中鼻道有息肉贅生物，鼻竇電腦斷層顯示左側中鼻道開口因鼻息肉增生而阻塞，左側上頜竇骨壁增厚，同時左側上頜竇有軟組織增生。結果：經由鼻竇功能性內視鏡手術施行上頜竇內側切除，術中發現息肉存於中鼻道及上頜竇內，病理組織報告顯示為一種囊腫樣乳突瘤，術後追蹤5個月未有復發現象。

Oncocytic Schneiderian Papilloma is an uncommon benign tumor that has the potential to become malignant, there is a high incidence of sinonasal positioning which its occurrence is similiar to inverted papilloma. We present a case of Oncocytic Schneiderian Papilloma manifesting with nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding for several months, Polypoid vegetation was found on left middle meatus by way of sinuscope, a sinus CT revealed obstruction in the orifice of left middle turbinate which indicated a thickening maxillary sinus wall and soft tissue impacted in the maxillary sinus. Under the procedure of functional endoscopic sinus surgery, lateral maxillectomy was preformed, Nasal polyps existed in the middle meatus and maxillary sinus. Pathology reports revealed Oncocytic Schneiderian Papilloma. Postoperative follow up revealed no recurrence after 5 months.
