應用跨理論模式推動醫院員工每日五蔬果之成效

The Application of Transtheoretical Model to Promote 5-Vegetables and Fruits-Per Day Program among Hospital Employees

摘要


目的:我國目前飲食型態面臨高纖飲食攝取不足的不良健康飲食型態;有學者認為工作場所是最適合執行健康促進活動的地方,因此進行本研究:探討跨理論模式為概念之衛生教育介入活動,對研究對象每日五蔬果攝取行為改變之成效。方法:透過教案推廣及建立支持性環境等方式,提升院內員工的每日五蔬果的攝取行為。結果:發現在衛教課程介入後,本研究結果均達到四大預期面向訂定之目標。結論:員工對於五蔬果之意義及內涵,在結果方面均有顯著改變,表示藉由前測問卷的調查,使研究對象對五蔬果有自覺意識產生,更由課程的介入,增強正確的相關訊息、態度或知識,進而達成員工自我效能提升及行為階段改變之目標。

Objective: Taiwanese current diet is facing a problem due an insufficiency in high-fiber intake. Some scholars believe that the workplace is the most suitable place to promote a healthy diet; therefore, this study investigates how behavior with respect to five vegetables and fruits per day dietary intak can be implemented using a sample of a hospital staff. The approach employed the transtheoretical model to introduce health education programs. Method: Through education programs and by building a supportive environment among hospital staffthe dietary intake of five vegetables and fruits every day was promoted. Results: After the intervention of the health educational programs, this study met the objectives within the expected four main dimensions. Conculsions: Hospital staff have made remarkable changes in their understanding of the meaning and connotation of eating five vegetables and fruits every day. This result was obtained using a questionnaire investigation of hospital staff to assess their awareness of the importance of eating five vegetables and fruits every day. Furthermore, after the health education program intervention, which offered correct related information, attitudes and knowledge, the objectives of enhancing the staff's self-efficacy and of shaping their behavior shaping was fulfilled.
