目的:為了讓各類型病患能得到最完善的醫療照護,醫院必須確保在個各環節的流程進行流暢。在有限資源內,找出重要關鍵因素提升醫療品質、醫療系統處理能力、降低成本,藉此提振醫院競爭力及生存脈絡。本研究即在於探討醫院之資訊系統品質對服務品質與系統績效之影響。方法:本研究的範圍以南部三家醫院為研究對象,共發出500份問卷,回收302份,其中有效樣本283份,有效樣本回收率為56.6%。結果:系統品質對於服務品質與系統績效有正向之顯著關係、服務品質對於系統績效有正向的顯著影響。結論:表示系統品質越完善時,服務品 質也會愈高,同時也能提昇該醫院整體系統績效。
Objectives: Medical institutions need to ensure that procedures run smoothly in all sections in order to provide optimal medical care for the various types of patients who visit the hospital. Creating competitiveness and a survival advantage for a medical institution relies on identifying the key factors that enhance medical quality, improve performance within the medical system, and reduce costs to within the limited resources available. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the quality of a hospital’s information system on service quality and system performance. Methods: A total of 500 copies of a questionnaire were distributed within three hospitals in southern Taiwan, and 302 copies were returned. Of the returned questionnaires, 283 were valid, which gives a valid response rate of 56.6%. Results: System quality has a significant positive influence on service quality and system performance. Conclusions: The results indicate that higher system quality results in enhanced service quality as well as improved system performance.
