運用3D列印製作餐盤輔具

Making Plate Assistive Device by Using 3D Printing Technology

摘要


高齡社會帶來很多疾患如失智症、視覺缺損、腦中風、帕金森氏症、類風溼性關節炎等等都會造成進食出現問題,因此研發相關進食輔具顯得迫切,所以本團隊經由觀察及訪談來確立問題後,評估了多種材質及設計生產方式後,決定使用3D列印熱熔沉積技術(fused deposition modeling,簡稱FDM)來製作Goodeat餐盤輔具。希望透過3D列印技術運用推廣輔具面上,為大眾帶來更便利的生活品質。

There are growing demands in assistive devices for the aging population, especially those with dementia, visual impairment, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. We decided to use the 3D printing fused deposition modeling (FDM) to produce the Goodeat serving plate assistive device after determining the problems by observations and interviews and assessment of several materials and production methods. Through the application of 3D printing technology on the production assistive device, we look forward to bring more convenience to the public.
