摘要


嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)風暴來臨,造成民眾恐慌與人性衝擊。中央疫情指揮中心疫情資訊透明,醫院推動許多措施以減少民眾的焦慮與恐懼,包括以視訊方式進行探病,減少家屬必須進入醫院的需要。醫護人員互相信任、團隊合作,發揮當責精神。每個人以利他關懷、同理心為出發點,配合居家隔離、居家檢疫、減少群聚、維持社交距離等防疫措施,犧牲部分個人生活上的方便性,保護社會大眾免於大流行的威脅。面對COVID-19,了解疫情、減少恐懼、互相信任、團隊合作、利他關懷、心理支持將是我們對抗COVID-19風暴的力量。

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) storm causes public panic and an impact on humanity. The epidemic information of the Central Epidemic Command Center is transparent, and the hospitals have implemented various preventive measures to reduce the anxiety and fears of the public, such as visit patients by video communication to reduce the need for family members to go to the hospital. The medical staff trust each other, cooperate, and take accountability. Based on altruistic care and empathy, everyone coordinates with the preventive measures of home isolation, home quarantine, reduced group gathering, social distancing, etc. Each sacrifices the convenience of individual life and protects the public from the pandemic threats. Understanding the pandemic, reducing fears, trusting teamwork, altruistic care, and psychological supports shall be our strength to fight the COVID-19.
