The purpose of this study is to use the Kano model to examine the functional attributes of nurse practitioners to confirm the key improvement attributes of the nurse practitioners' functions. We identified the 15 key effective improving competency attributes from 37 competencies of nurse practitioners. Finally, the results were used to provide training directions and develop competencies enhancement strategies.
