桌球運動階段對行為態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制之差異研究

The Variation Research for the Influence of Table Tennis Sports Stages Exerting on Behavioral Attitude, Subjective Norms and Perceptional Behavior Control

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生桌球運動改變階段對計畫行為理論之行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制的差異表現,有助於瞭解個體行為改變的機制。採集群抽樣方式,選取中部六所大專院校之學生作為研究對象,經問卷調查及分析後,其有效問卷為1256份。經F檢定,結果顯示:大學生桌球運動改變階段,在行為態度構面,達顯著差異水準。維持期學生高於行動、準備、意圖、無意圖等期學生,意圖期高於準備與無意圖期。主觀規範構面,達顯著差異水準,經事後比較發現以維持期學生高於行動、準備、意圖、無意圖等期學生。知覺行為控制構面,達顯著差異水準,經事後比較發現維持期學生高於行動、準備、意圖、無意圖等期學生,且意圖期高於無意圖期。最後根據本研究發現,提出學理及應用的意義,以及對未來研究方向提出建議。

This research was aimed to explore the influence of the changing stages of university students' Table Tennis exerting on the varied performance among behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceptional behavior control. It was helpful to understand the mechanism about individual behavior changes. By Cluster sampling, we selected students from 13 universities to serve as our experimental subjects. After questionnaire survey and analysis, there were 1256 valid responses received. After F-test, results indicated that significant variation levels were shown on the dimension of behavioral attitude for university students' sports change stages. Students during the maintaining period showed more significant levels than those separately during the action period, preparation period, intention period and non-intention period The dimension of subjective norms also reached the significant variation levels. After event-posterior comparison, the research found the significant levels for students during the maintaining period were higher than those during the action period, preparation intention period and non-intention period. The dimension of perceptional behavior control also reached significant levels. After event-posterior comparison, the research found students during the maintaining period showed higher significant levels than those during the action, preparation, intention and non-intention period. In addition, the significant levels of students during the intention period were higher than those during the non-intention period. Finally, according to the findings from this research, the theoretical and applicable meanings were proposed and the suggestions of upcoming research were offered as well.
