本研究目的在探討游泳選手,使用最佳運動成績做為不同運動強度設定的依據,藉由心跳值與血乳酸檢測,期能夠有一個簡單而且有效的運動強度設定方法,供教練級選手發展有氧供能系統能力,並比較不同運動強度游泳的血乳酸反應與心跳值。本研究以台中市全國運動會游泳代表隊選手13名(男生9名,女生4名)為受試對象,平均年齡17.25±2.5歲,體重66.53±7.92公斤,身高170.25±6.42公分。受試者首先必須接受100m捷泳最大努力運動測試,測驗所得成績作為其個人之最佳成績,接著,以個人之最佳成績換算出三種不同的運動強度(80%、70%與60%),在確認受試者三種運動強度的游泳速度後,安排所有受試者於游泳池接受三種不同強度各100(公尺)×10(次)間歇有氧運動測試,在測驗後,詳細紀錄受試者的血乳酸反應與心跳值變化情形。本研究將測試所得數據以重複量數單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA, repeated measures)進行資料分析。研究結果發現,不同運動強度在經過有氧訓練的測試後,心跳值與血乳酸反應皆有顯著差異,而最佳成績70%的運動強度,其血乳酸反應平均4.75mM/L與心跳值平均173次/分,似乎適合作為有氧耐力訓練的強度。
The purpose of research is to discuss a swimmer to make a use of the best exercise result as the set guide for different exercise intensity which expects to receive simple and effective exercise intensity by using the test of heartbeat value and Blood Lactic Acid to develop system ability on aerobic function, and compares both Blood Lactic Acid reaction and heartbeat value. This research focuses on 13 selected swimmers from National Taichung Athletic Meet including 9 males and 4 female as samples. The average age is 17.25±2.5 years old and the height is 170.25±6.42 centimeters. These swimmers have to receive maximized effort test on Freestyle 100 meters and the test result regards as the personal best grade; then, using the personal best grade to figure out three different exercise intensity 80%, 70% and 60%. After confirming swimmers' swimming speed under three different exercise intensity (Chart 2), all swimmers would be arranged to receive 100 meter for 10 times under three each different exercise intensity. After testing, the detailed report recorded variation for both Blood Lactic Acid reaction and heartbeat value. A study will collect all received test statistics to proceeding database analyses by using one-way ANOVA, repeated measures. The result found there is obviously difference on both Blood Lactic Acid reaction and heartbeat value. Moreover, the Blood Lactic Acid average reaction is 4.75mM/L and heartbeat value is 173 per minute that is suitable to be the intensity of aerobic capacity training apparently under the exercise intensity of the best grade 70%.
