本研究目的在探討臺北市國小學生於正課之餘參與休閒運動之狀態,並了解課餘從事休閒運動的動機,及利益知覺之關係。本研究以便利抽樣原則發放問卷,於2008年04月至06月在某一所國小發放正式問卷,共回收374份有效問卷。研究發現,國小學生以戶外運動類型的參與最高,在參與比例上以球類運動最為普遍;動機以熟練性的動機為主;所知覺到的利益則以人際互動最高;國小學生參與的熟練性與逃避性動機對於休閒運動利益的知覺有直接且正面的影響。本研究建議,國小學生應找出自己最有興趣的休閒運動,如此一來有較強烈的動機,可提升運動所帶來的利益知覺;此外校內應多開設休閒運動類型的課後社團,啟發國小學生提高參與的動機,以提升我國國民之體適能。
The objects of this study were to determine the recreational sport participation level of elementary school students in leisure time and to identify the relationships of recreational sport motivation and perceived benefits in Taipei. Convenient questionnaire sampling was conducted to gather the research data of an elementary school from April to June 2008. A total of 374 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that elementary school student participate outdoor sport most, and ball games is the most common recreational sport of elementary school students. In addition, the mastery was perceived as the main motivation of the students, and social interaction was perceived as the most important benefits of recreational sports. The results find that the mastery and escapism motivation of elementary school students had significant direct and positive impact on perceived benefits of recreational sport. The study suggests that students should find out their favorite recreational sport, in order to have higher motivation to improve the perceived benefits. Besides, elementary schools should operate more types of after-school recreational sport classes; it could inspire students' motivation, in order to enhance peoples' physical fitness.
