地方縣市政府辦理職業訓練與就業之適性職類研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討影響地方縣市政府辦理職業訓練與就業之因素、實施現況、建構適性職類檢核表，提出地方縣市政府辦理職業訓練與就業之遍性職類建議。研究方法採專家會議、實地訪談及調查研究法。研究結果，依台灣地區之地區別，分別提出地方縣市政府辦理職業訓練與就業之遍性職類建議，以供地方縣市政府及職業訓練主管機關辦理職業訓練與就業時之參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor that will affect the vocational training & placement handled by county or city government. It will also investigate present condition within their implementing those training & placement programs and how to build up an adapted vocation classification. An adapted vocation classification for oral govenunent’s vocational training & placement program would be proposed after this research. Panel discussion, on-spot investigation, and survey research methods are used in this study. According to the research result, an adapted vocation classification for vocational training & placement will be separately suggested to the country or city governments during their managing vocational training & placement programs so as to provide those related administration departments a reference when implementing vocational training & placement programs.
