機械圖是工業界的共同語言,不論是設計者、製造者或檢驗品管等相關人員都必須賴以作為彼此間溝通或傳遞訊息的依據;因此,高工機械群之中除製圖科將機械製圖與實習列為專業必修科目外,在其他各科的課程標準中機械製圖與實習課程亦為必修科目;而課程中基本製圖部分單元更是工業類各群(科)專業必修的基礎科目,由此可知,舉凡與製圖有關之機械製圖、工程圖學等課程在高職工業類科的課程中所佔有的重要性。 由於新課程機械製圖與實習科目中教學單元與時數均有所調整,實習課程教學所面臨最大的衝擊莫過於授課時數的縮減,如何在有限的時間內達成機械製圖與實習課程應有的教學目標,培育符合產業界的需求能力,已經是當前克不容緩的事。 經研究發現,再機械製圖與實習課程各教學單元所包涵的相關知識、基礎技能與進階技能中,相關知識的建立與強化有賴於各種教學策略的應用,而基礎技能與進階技能因授課時數的縮減,應妥善利用各項工具與設備做為輔助教學之對策,本研究除將機械製圖與實習課程變革應有之教學對策,以供教育當局編修課程標準及教師教學之參考。
Since designers, manufacturers, and quality inspectors in the industrial sector all have to rely on the common language, mechanical drawing, to communicate or convey messages among one another, Mechanical Drawing Practice has always been a not only important but also required course in the industrial vocational high school curriculum. However, due to the adjustment in respond to the curricular reformation for industrial vocational high school, one of the most critical issues now for Mechanical Drawing Practice Course is the cut of the teaching hours. The purpose of this study is to examine the course content and further formulate a teaching strategy. It attempts to establish a set of tactics in order for the instructors to effectively achieve the teaching goals within the limited hours allocated for the course, and it is hoped that the results of the study may serve as reference for class design as well as future curricular revision.
