我國資訊人力素質、訓練、招募及運用現況調查分析之研究

摘要


本研究昌在調查台灣地區產業資訊人力素質、訓練、招募及運用現況。研究結果顯示在資訊人力素質方面,企業對於新進資訊人員的知識技能在工作上的表現並不滿意,學校應加強學生質的提升,企業亦應提供新進資訊人員必要的職前訓練。在資訊人力訓練方面,最近幾年企業投資於員工教育訓練的經費有逐年增加趨勢,但投資經費仍稍嫌偏低。在資訊人力招募方面,企業增聘資訊人員的主要原因為因應公司業務發展,未來幾年企業在資訊人員的尋材難度土將會比非資訊人員難很多且需求較高;而人才缺乏為資訊企業發展上最大的障礙;企業解決資訊人才缺乏困境的途徑主要為加強招募及自行培訓人才。在資訊人力運用方面,企業最成困難的因素主要為合宜人才不易獲得及人員經驗不足,顯示資訊人力運用的障礙,大都與人力資源的開發和管理有十分密切關條。

This study aims to survey the state of the quality, training, recruitment and application of informational human resources of corporate in Taiwan. The result reveals, in the aspect of manpower quality, enterprises are not satisfied with working performs of informational entrants. Schools should enhance the quality of learning, and enterprises should provide required pre-job training. In the aspect of manpower training, recently investment on training from corporate shows an increasing trend, nevertheless the costs rather low. In the aspect of recruitment, the main reason why enterprise employs more computer workers is to amplify business. Recruitment on computer workers are more difficult then that on other workers. Lacks of manpower are the main obstacle to informational enterprises. The main ways to solve the problems of manpower shortages are intensive recruitment and training. In the aspect of manpower application, the main barriers are that proper workers are difficult to obtain and their experiences are insufficient. It reveals that the barriers to the applications of informational manpower are highly relative to human resource development and management.
