摘要


如何整合各技專校院及校外學習型組織之教育資源,促其建立雙向聯結教育夥伴關餘,已成當前我國技職教育發展之迫切課題。本文告在建構一我國技專校院與校外學習型組織結成教育夥伴關條之概念性模式,內容含括投入/產出模式、組織系統架構、結盟作業流程、PDCA實施程序及績效評估,目的在引導技專校院能有效地與校外學習型組織建立雙向聯結的教育夥伴關餘,以達全面提升人力素質及國家競爭力之目標。

How to integrate the education resource of institutes/junior colleges and outside learning-type organization have become a very important course of technique occupational education. The purpose of this paper is to construct a conceptual model in linkage educational partnership between institutes/junior colleges and outside learning-type organization. This model contain of input/output model, organization system structure, linkage operation procedure, PDCA implement process, and performance evaluation. Based on this model, the institutes/junior colleges will linked two-way educational partnership effectively with learning-type organization.
