研究者根據「教導型組織理論」之研究,編製「職業學校教導型組織文化量表」,施測對象為高職教師240人,有效問卷為203份,回收率84%。以探討此量表是否具有良好之建構效度與建構信度。資料經AMOS7.0版統計軟體來執行結構方程模式中的二階驗證式因素分析。結果顯示職業學校教導型組織文化量表二階驗證式因素分析模式是一個有效的建構,其教材內容與結構、版面設計、介面設計、互動設計和系統架構設定等5個潛在依變項及19項觀察變項皆可以有效地作為職業學校教導型組織文化量表的測量指標。其信度表現在整體的建構信度及5個個別潛在依變項的信度,都顯示出具有不錯的信度。故此量表是具有信度與效度且適用於職業學校組織文化的測量。
In this study, the researchers developed a questionnaire for vocational high schools teaching organizational culture according to Theory of Teaching Organizational. In order to investigate whether this questionnaire possesses both construct validity and construct reliability, there are 240 effective questionnaires measured by senior vocation school teachers. (The second order confirmatory factor analysis of structural equations modes was performed by means of the statistic software AOMS version 7.0.) The results demonstrated that the second order confirmatory factor analysis of structural equations modes has been effectively constructed, because 5 latent dependent variables such as community service and world citizen viewpoint, construct teaching organization, organization member mutually learning, organization e-learning, create teaching organizational environment and 19 other observed variables were able to be measured indicia of vocational high schools teaching organizational culture. Consequently, condign both construct reliability went well with the whole construct validity and 5 single latent dependent variables. Therefore, the questionnaire possesses construct validity and reliability and can be applied to measure the effectiveness of vocational high schools organizational culture.
