The purpose of the study is to explore comparison of differences on job stress and job satisfaction among university and college teachers in Taiwan. The studied population is university and college teachers in Taiwan, and the data was collected by stratified random smapling via web questionnaire, and total collected samples is 396. The results shown that work loading and personal relation are teachers' main stress; whereas teaching satisfaction and administration are main themes in work satisfaction. The most common serious situation for teachers is not enough time for use, and teachers are more care about the reactions from students, that is a crucial source of teachers' work stress. Results from comparison of differences on various factors in stress and job satisfaction among teachers were achieved some significant relationships.
