應用團隊資源管理於安寧照護團隊

Apply Team Resource Management for Hospice/Palliative Care Team

摘要


研究目的:運用團隊資源管理訓練課程可以有效降低人員疏失、預防醫療失誤發生。材料與方法:本專案團隊成員採用團隊資源管理手法提昇團隊充分的溝通,持續修正病人疼痛控制計畫,並培養團隊相互合作風氣。結果:癌症病人疼痛大於3分比率自改善前的36.8%降低至10.7%,改善成效達70.9%。結論:此活動經由TRM訓練課程不僅建立了團隊合作文化,進而提升癌症照護品質,可提供為其他醫院推動團隊資源管理活動的參考。

Purpose: Team Resource Management (TRM) is a procedure and training system in systems where human error can have devastating effects. Material and Method: This article enhances the ability of medical professionals to used TRM tools in the pain management, such as ”ISBAR”, ”Brief”, ”Huddle” and ”Debrief”. Result: This project aims to significantly improve the quality of pain control (36.8 to 10.7 percent), effective rate is 70.9%. Conclusion: TRM training program not only established a culture of teamwork, but also improved our service quality of cancer care. Moreover, we look forward to sharing this experience as a reference resource in TRM training program of other hospital.
