In this thesis, aggregate segregation degree and image analysis method on the homogeneity of concrete conducted a comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the degree of segregation and diversity of aggregate had a good linear relationship to compressive strength of different part of concrete; In the preparation process of fresh concrete, the micro-bleeding and macro-bleeding make the water content around the aggregate particles asymmetry, and influent the symmetry of the interfacial transition zone( ITZ) of hard concrete; The decrease of water content, mineral admixtures and superplasticizer can effectively improve the ITZ of concrete.
