台灣工業部門的勞動生產力對國際貿易競爭力影響之研究

摘要

勞動生產力與國際競爭力是企業經營能力的重要績效表現，亦為企業管理的重要目標。過去的研究，多以探討影響勞動生產力的因素為何？或直接將勞動生產力做為競爭力的指標。其實，勞動生產力是企業的內部活動，而國際競爭力則為企業的外部活動，兩者性質不同，但其間是否有所關聯與影響？因此本研究乃以政府部門所提供的時間序列資料來探討勞動生產力對國際貿易競爭力的影響，以瞭解其關係。實證結果發現：台灣工業部門的勞動生產力具有正向且顯著地影響台灣的國際貿易競爭力。因此，建議政府與企業可以採取各項增進勞動生產力之措施，以提升台灣的國際貿易競爭力。

Labor productivity and international trade competitiveness are the management ability of the enterprises performance. In the past, researches focus on what are the influence factors of productivity? Or directly use productivity as the sign of competition. In fact, the productivity is the inner activity of enterprise, and competitiveness then is exterior. Although they are dissimilar, they may have connection and influence. So this research is the study productivity's influence to competitiveness of the time series data that is provided with government section. And we find as a result: Labor productivity is positive and significant to influence international trade competitiveness. And we suggest that government and enterprises can adopt incentive polices to promote labor productivity and international trade competitiveness.
