Youth is the main force of the society; enterprise is the important mover of the economy; moreover, youth to start an enterprise is the key power of national economy growth. Recently, the connection of cross-strait has been happened more frequently than before, which become the plus inducement to youth to do pioneering work. Therefore, the aim of this article attempts to take cross-strait's youth as the sample to explore the relation among family environment, entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial behavior. This research involved a semi-structure interview to fourteen entrepreneurs lived in cross-strait. Results of this study showed that the personality, the socioeconomic class of parent's, the entrepreneurial background of family, and the supports from family member affect entrepreneurial behavior. In addition, the cross-strait's family environment directly influences to entrepreneurial intention, and then affect to entrepreneurial behavior.
