心智圖(思維導圖)在臺灣醫護界尚陌生,目前國內外文獻皆以護理相關期刊較多,過去在台灣護理雜誌曾對心智圖的基本概念、放射擴散狀結構、方法、使用規則及應用做了詳細的介紹,並舉例其運用於課程之經驗,大大增進讀者對心智圖之了解及認識,唯其並未對心智圖軟體使用做介紹,無法將其作用做最大發揮,在此我們將其應用核心總結為點、線、面、體四個字說明之,分別代表關注的焦點及關鍵字、由粗至細的展開擴散線條、全面檢討置於同一頁面資料及體用合一。再者,本文亦介紹心智圖軟體的實際應用,以美國畢業後醫學教育評鑑委員會(the Accreditation Council forGraduate Medical Education, ACGME)之六大核心能力製作為例說明之。心智圖在資料整理後,亦可直接作簡報,可省下教學者不少時間,再者尚可由平版電腦或手機上閱讀,使其達到更充份的資訊科技利用。教師在從事研究、教學及服務之餘,亦應嘗試新的教與學的方法,本文可供衛教師、學生、教學、研究者及醫護教育者參考。
Mind mapping is still unfamiliar to Taiwanese health care professionals, while there are more articles in nursing journals inland and abroad. An article in the Journal of Nursing introduced the basic concepts, radial structure, methods, rules and applications in detail. The illustrations greatly enhanced the reader's understanding about mind maps; however, the article did not introduce any mind mapping software. We summarize the core applications as point, line, plane and stereo which denote a focus and keywords, radiation lines from coarse to fine, a comprehensive review on a plane, and an overall understanding. In this paper, the six core competences of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) are also illustrated. After the data is organized, it can be presented directly in order to save time. Moreover, the data can be read on a tablet computer or mobile phone to make more efficient use of information technology. This article provides a reference for health educators, students, teachers, researchers and health care education trainers to encourage them to try new teaching and learning methods.
