本研究主要目的是:一、探討大專運動員偏好與知覺教練領導行爲差距對運動選手代理效能及領導效能的影響。二、探討大專運動員代理效能對領導效能的影響。三、探討大專運動員代理效能是否在偏好與知覺教練領導行爲的差距對領導效能的影響中扮演了中介角色。本研究以528位大專院校甲組聯賽(籃球、棒球、排球)前八名隊伍之選手爲受試者,所有的受試者均接受「教練領導行爲量表(知覺版與偏好版)」、「代理效能量表」及「領導效能量表」。所得資料以階層迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:一、大專運動員偏好與知覺教練領導行爲差距中的轉化差距及交易差距能有效預測滿意度與團隊承諾。二、大專運動員代理效能可有效預測滿意度與團隊承諾。三、大專運動員偏好與知覺教練領導行爲差距中的轉化差距與交易差距可有效預測代理效能(動機、比賽策略)。四、大專運動員代理效能在偏好與知覺教練領導行爲差距(轉化差距與交易差距)影響領導效能的過程中扮演部份中介的角色。
The purposes of this study were: 1. to explore the effects of discrepancy between preferred and perceived of coaches' leadership behavior on college athletes' proxy efficacy and leadership effectiveness, 2. to explore the effects of college athletes' proxy efficacy on leadership effectiveness, and 3. to explore whether college athletes' proxy efficacy played the mediator role in the effects of the discrepancy between preferred and perceived of coaches' leadership behavior on leadership effectiveness. There were 528 college athletes drawn from college grade A tournament (basketball, baseball, and volleyball) top 8 teams as the subjects. All the subjects were administered with ”Coaches' Leadership Inventory (the version of perceived and the version of preferred)”, ”Proxy Efficacy Inventory” and ”Leadership Effectiveness Inventory”. The collected data were analyzed by multiple hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that: 1. College athletes' discrepancy between preferred and perceived of coaches' leadership behavior (transformation and transaction) could effectively predict satisfaction and team commitment. 2. College athletes’ proxy efficacy could effectively predict satisfaction and team commitment. 3. College athletes' discrepancy between preferred and perceived of coaches' leadership behavior (transformation and transaction) could effectively predict proxy efficacy (motivation and game strategy). 4. College athletes' proxy efficacy played the mediator role in the effects of the discrepancy between preferred and perceived of coaches' leadership behavior on leadership effectiveness.
