以自我效能理論探討青少年健身運動社會支持與滿意度之關係

Using Theory of Self-Efficacy to Explore Relationship between Social Support and Satisfaction in Adolescents Exercise

摘要


目的:本研究目的旨在透過自我效能理論之效能期望與結果期望探討青少年健身運動社會支持與滿意度之關係。方法:以1185位(男生599位,女生586位)國中青少年為樣本,研究方法包含積差相關、結構方程模式、多群組分析,研究工具包含效能期望量表、結果期望量表、健身運動社會支持量表、健身運動滿意度量表。結果:社會支持對效能期望、結果期望有正相關並具有正向解釋力;效能期望、結果期望對滿意度有正相關並具有正向解釋力;效能期望、結果期望於社會支持對滿意度具有中介效果;整體模式的適合度大部分符合標準,顯示此模式適當,並具有複核效化與測量不變性。結論:青少年健身運動社會支持透過自我效能的效能期望、結果期望對滿意度有正相關,「SECE」(Social support, Efficacy expectation, Consequence expectancy, Exercise satisfaction)模式獲得支持。

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the relationship between social support and satisfaction with adolescents exercise using the theory of self-efficacy. Method: The sample consisted of 1,185 (male=599, female=586) junior high school students. The statistical techniques involved Pearson correlation, structural equation modeling, and multiple-group analysis. The research tools included the scale of efficacy expectations, the scale of consequence expectancy, the scale of exercise social support, and the scale of exercise satisfaction. Results: The results revealed that social support to efficacy expectation and consequence expectancy had positive correlation and positive explanation. The efficacy expectation and consequence expectancy to satisfaction had positive correlation and positive explanation. The efficacy expectation and outcome had mediating effect between social support and satisfaction. Most of the model indicators matched fit standard, indicating that the model fit data properly and had measurement invariance and cross-validation. Conclusion: Social support, with the mediation of efficacy expectation and consequence expectancy, had positive correlation on satisfaction with adolescents exercise. The SECE (Social support, Efficacy expectation, Consequence expectancy, and Exercise satisfaction) model was supported.
