酒精對人體健康影響之相關研究在過去甚少被提到,但近年來因政府強力取締酒後駕車(我國檢測酒醉駕車標準為駕駛人呼氣中酒精含量0.25mg/l,等於血液中酒精含量達 0.05%,就依法送辦),加上電視新聞裡幾乎每天都看得到酒後肇事的相關報導,使得一些人對於飲酒文化產生負面的看法。而酒精對人體之影響到底是好或是壞?酒精對身體真的只有害處嗎?這是本文內容探討之主要動機,並且進一步瞭解酒精的種類及其產生過程,還有酒精的代謝機制作用。本文也藉由文獻之探討,來瞭解酒精對人體健康影響,作者希望透過這些文獻的探討與分析,讓大家對酒有更深一層的認識,同時也作為喜好杯中物之君子的參考。其實早在史前時代,「酒」是就被用來宴客,同時在社交場合中扮演著重要的角色。適量的酒精對身體健康是有益的,可以成為促進血液循環、消除疲勞及紓解緊張的良藥。從一些研究中也發現人體對酒精的吸收與酒精所含水分細胞的多寡有關。一般而言,小個子的酒量不如大個子,因為大個子體內水分細胞多,則酒精較能均勻分佈,血液中的酒精濃度較低,因而較不易醉,但是過量的飲酒,對人體健康的影響絕對是有害處。
In the past, the influences of alcohol to people's health were less mentioned in researches. The government of Taiwan R.O.C regulated the driving while intoxicated (DWI) content of alcohol in breath 0.25 mg/l equivalent of the BAC of 0.05%. We also watch news that the driving while intoxicated caused traffic accidents in TV everyday and resulted in negative point of view to the drinking of alcohol. Therefore, the influence of the alcohol to people's health is good or bad? Is the alcohol harmful to people's health? This study will discuss the influence of alcohol, and to find out how many kinds of the alcohol, and how to make it, and its function. This study will base on literatures to understand the influence of alcohol intake to people's health, and to have a deeper understanding on the alcohol. In fact, when socializing with other people in ancient age, drinking is a kind of polite and indispensable ceremony. Drinking properly is beneficial to the health. It can promote blood circulation, release tiredness from the work, and relieve the nervous tension. The absorption of alcohol is related to how many moisture cells contains in alcohol. Generally speaking, one's drinking capacity for thin people is inferior to the fat people because the fat people have more moisture cells in body, and the alcohol can distribute evenly. Still, drinking too much alcohol is harmful to people's health.
