摘要

调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况，以探讨心理压力的成因，為改善和提高高校女教師的心理健康水準提供科學依據。採用症狀自評量表（SCL-90）對我國部分高校的1800名女教師進行心理測評。不同任教科目、不同職稱、不同工資水準的高校女教師在心理健康上的差異具有統計學意義；不同教齡的高校女教師在軀體化、強迫、敵對因數上存在顯著性差異。高校女教師心理健康狀況不容樂觀，應儘早加強心理干預。

This article aims to investigate the mental health status of part of female teachers in our country's universities, so as to explore the cause of their psychological pressure，as well as to provide scientific base to improve their psychological health level. Methods Apply Symptom checklist (SCL-90),analyses 1800 female teachers' psychological health condition in our country's universities. Results there is statistical significance to analyses differences among college females teachers according to their differences concerning teaching subjects, titles and wages levels, as well as differences in somatization, compulsion, hostility relate to their different seniorities. Conclusion Female college teachers' psychological health status is not optimistic，and it is urgent to strengthen psychological intervention as soon as possible.
