This article aims to investigate the mental health status of part of female teachers in our country's universities, so as to explore the cause of their psychological pressure,as well as to provide scientific base to improve their psychological health level. Methods Apply Symptom checklist (SCL-90),analyses 1800 female teachers' psychological health condition in our country's universities. Results there is statistical significance to analyses differences among college females teachers according to their differences concerning teaching subjects, titles and wages levels, as well as differences in somatization, compulsion, hostility relate to their different seniorities. Conclusion Female college teachers' psychological health status is not optimistic,and it is urgent to strengthen psychological intervention as soon as possible.
