RFID應用於分散式貴重儀器遠端管理系統

Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID) Being Operated in Coordination with far-end Monitoring Technology

摘要


當貴重儀器分散於各樓層不同地點無法集中管理,且無完整之申請管理制度,以致於使用者未經核可情況下操作貴重儀器,經常發生不正常操作,造成貴重儀器損害,而付出昂貴的維護費用。為此,本研究將利用無線辨識系統(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID,配合遠端監控技術,有效管控使用者權限,紀錄使用人員、時間、狀態與異常警訊等相關操作訊息,確實掌握設備存在之妥善率及設備使用率,有效提升貴重儀器之使用管理效益分析系統化與自動化。 本研究主要針對實驗室貴重儀器設備建置一套分散式RFID遠端管理系統,於分散的各貴重儀器使用mifare格式之RFID卡片,配合D8U讀卡機作為電腦端的RFID讀取介面,再經由VB編撰儀器管理者控管介面以TCP/IP通訊協定達到網路數據資料交換之目的。儀器端的電腦則以串列方式輸出至硬體電路,依照儀器不同種類之操作介面使用不同的輸出方式管控,讓儀器端電腦可以接收管理端電腦的命令,達到遠端管控之功能,而各區塊或樓層之分散式設備可藉由一台迷你個人電腦(Mini PC)做集中管理,管控該儀器之電源甚至是鎖定操作面板;而使用者以RFID卡片及搭配資料庫權限設定來進行身分辨識,使用者操作時的相關資料會紀錄於儀器端的電腦內,所紀錄的相關資料會同步上傳至儀器管理主機的資料庫,儀器管理端的資料庫內紀錄每部儀器的運作資訊,讓管理員可以清楚掌握目前儀器狀況,透過網路遠端介面管理員亦可對該儀器作遠端的管控,以達到儀器設備之有效運作管理。 本研究系統測試結果,可有效掌控使用者之使用資訊。本研究系統使用時,可顯示設備電源啟動資訊,當設備沒有正常啟動時,會回傳錯誤訊息,管理者可及時掌握處理,確保設備之最佳妥善率及使用率。本研究以CNC設備連續1個月實測結果,系統妥善率達100%,使用率達6.5小時/天。

The precious instruments are unable to be centralized for management when they are being installed dispersedly at different places in various floors. And if there is without a complete application control system being used for management, the users might operate those precious instruments without any permission. Consequently, the abnormal operations of them might be happened very often and lead to the results that those precious instruments might be broken easily and their maintenance cost will become expensive eventually. Therefore, this research will use the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system, which is operated in coordination with far-end monitoring technology, to try to effectively control those related operation information such as; user administrator, the use records of personnel, time, condition, and abnormal operation signals, so as to know the percentage of the availability and the utilization capacity of those precious equipments very well. And it truly can promote the systematization & automation of the management & benefit analysis of the use of those precious instruments of course. This research mainly aims at establishing a set of scattered type RFID far-end management system in the mifare type RFID cards of those precious laboratory instruments which are being installed dispersedly at different places in various floors. It can be done by using the D8U card reader to act as the RFID read interface of the computer end. And then by the use of VB to write or edit the control interface of the administrator of those precious instruments in order to achieve the target of exchanging the network data information through TCP/IP communication agreement. As for the instrument end computers, their outputs are in series to the hardware circuits. And their different type of the interface of operation uses the different output mode control accordingly. Apparently, it enables the instrument end computer to be possible to receive the management end computer's order and achieves the function of far-end control consequently. By using a Mini PC to do the centralized management work of those precious equipments, which are being installed dispersedly at different sub-areas in various floors, to try to control their power supply or even to lock their operation kneading board of course; But the user's identification is done by using the RFID card coordinating with the setting of the administrator jurisdiction of database. And the correlative data of the operation of the users are going to be recorded in the instrument end computers eventually. Simultaneously, those recoded correlative data will be uploaded to the database of the instrument end host computer of the management system. The operation information of each instrument is recorded in the database of the instrument end management computer and it enables the manager to be possible to know the present instrument condition very clearly. Through network, the far-end interface manager can make the far-end control of the instrument be possible also. And it can achieve an effective management of the operations of the instruments and equipments. When this research system is in use, here has a graphic display device for showing the information of the power supply of the equipments. It will feed back an abnormal message when the equipment does not have a normal start. So as to let the manager know the real time situation of its operation consequently and it really can guarantee the best availability & utilization capacity of the equipments after all. This research had taken the CNC equipments as the samples and had spent 1 month continuously for doing the test. And we found out that the actual result of it is that the availability reaches 100% and the utilization capacity reaches 6.5 hour/day eventually.
