中國體育獎勵制度之探討

摘要

本研究運用文獻調查法，分析中國體育政策思想演變和體育獎勵系統的形成和發展過程。大陸體育獎勵制度依時問先後可分為起步階段、蕭條階段、復興階段及成熟與穩定階段，並依據實施現況提出其缺失，包含制度面的缺失、授獎過程的缺失、地域性的差異及重獎的負面效應等問題，研究者亦可藉由中國之體育獎勵體制，試著尋出發展方向的脈絡，並作為我國推行獎勵制度之參考。

Based on literature research, this study pointed out the history and the actuality of the sport rewards system in China. The China's sport rewards system has gone through four developing stages, include the Forming stage, Decaying stage, Recovery and rising stage, and Mature and stable developing stage. It showed that the actuality of the sport rewards system in China exist some defects, include the system, the process of confer a reward, the difference of the areas, and the effect of high prize money.
