運動俱樂部從事健身運動者參與動機與體驗之研究-以加州健身中心天母店為例

摘要


本研究主旨在瞭解從事「健身運動」者之參與動機與體驗程度之相關性。以台北市加州健身中心天母店之健身運動者為研究對象,進行問卷調查。根據實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計、因素分析、變異數分析,並應用IPA、以及參考SWOT模式,來檢視參與者之參與動機與體驗,並以此研究成果作為經營者、政府或學術單位為全民運動推廣之參考,得到以下結論:一、從事「健身運動」者以女性比例稍高,年齡則集中在21-40歲,學歷以大專以上居多,職業以商業居多,每週活動次數以「3次」為最多,每次活動時間以「1~2小時」居多,使用時段集中在晚上六點後。二、參與動機為以「可以增強我的體適能」最高;體驗程度以「可以增強我的體適能」最高。三、不同參與行為變項的「健身運動者」對「健身運動」之體驗程度有顯著差異。四、從事「健身運動」者的參與動機與體驗程度之排名有顯著的差異。政府或相關單位在推廣健身運動時建議:一、多推廣女性健身運動。二、宣導健身可有效增進本身之運動能力,並以「健康體適能」及「技能知識」等二構面為主軸。三、可於健身中心內多舉辦團體聯誼性活動,以增強「社交參與」構面。

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between the participation motives and the level of experience for the fitness exercisers of fitness center. The survey was made with questionnaire and the fitness exercisers of California Fitness Center in Tianmu, Taipei participated in this study. Based on the information derived from the actual survey, and employing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, variant analysis, IPA method, and SWOT analysis to examine the participation motives and the level of experience for the fitness exercisers, the following conclusions, which can be consulted by the business provider, government or academic organizations for the extension of public sports, were included: (1) The ratio of female fitness exercisers was slight higher than male fitness exercisers; the majority of fitness exercisers were between 21 and 40 years old; most of them owned the degree of college and were businessmen; the fitness exercisers participation was ”3 times” per week; the staying period time was ”l-2 hours” and most fitness exercisers attended the club after 6p.m. (2) The primary motive for the fitness exercisers was ”to improve my fitness”; the level of experience was ”to improve my fitness”. (3) The fitness exercisers of different participation behavior variants show significant variance in the level of experience. (4) The fitness exercisers show significant variance in the ranks of the participation motives and the level of experience. The government or authorities, when popularizing fitness and exercise, made the following suggestions: (1) Emphasize the popularization of fitness exercises for women. (2) The widespread of body-building can effectively improve exercising abilities of one self, which is base mainly on two aspects-”health fitness” and ”knowledge and skills”. (3) More communicating activities could be held in gyms, in hope to strengthen the aspect of ”Socializing and participating”.
