摘要

本研究旨在探討臺灣青少年足球運動聯賽 (Taiwan Youth League, TYL) 舉辦的優劣利弊，並提出未來具體之推廣策略與建議。以焦點團體訪談法 (focus group) 進行主題式互動對談，以聚焦青少年足球運動之推動策略。研究發現青少年足球發展的重要條件共分為競賽制度、場地設施、教練培育考核與相關媒體宣傳等四大因素，而對應的推動策略主要分別為：一、競賽制度方面： (一)競技與推廣兩大主軸、 (二) 建立足球運動人才資料庫、 (三) 落實競賽檢核與管制；二、場地設施方面： (一) 建立北中南東訓練基地、 (二) 有效規劃比賽場地動線；三、教練培育考核方面： (一) 積極舉辦各級教練講習、 (二) 協助各級教練入校帶隊、 (三) 定期考核各級教練；四、相關媒體宣傳方面： (一) 舉辦TYL 行銷公關活動、 (二) 建立TYL 相關網頁。建議青少年足球運動之推廣需結合上述之策略進行活動之舉辦，以符合推動臺灣青少年足球發展之重要目標，奠定臺灣基層足球的厚實基礎。

The purpose of this study is to discussed the Taiwan Junior Football League (Taiwan Youth League, TYL) has been helds benefits and disadvantages before, and offers some stratagies and advises. This study is done based on by historical references collected some main conditions related to the development of junior football, and depends on the results of the literature supplemented by the method of focus group to inductions the disadvantages of TYL. An important condition for the development of youth football competition system is divided into four factors, venues and facilities, coaching and nurturing assessment related media publicity, promotion strategies and the corresponding principal are the 1.competition regime: (1) the promotion of sports and the two spindle, (2) the establishment of football talent database, and (3) the implementation of competition vetting and control; 2.venues facilities: (1) the establishment of the island over the East training base, (2) effective planning venue moving lines; 3.coach foster respect of assessment:(1) positive coaching workshop held at all levels, (2) to assist all levels of coaches led into the school, and (3) regular assessment at all levels of the coach;4.related media publicity: (1) marketing public relations activities organized TYL, (2) the establishment of TYL related pages. Promotion of youth football to be combined with the above recommendations of strategic organizing activities to meet the important goal of promoting the development of youth football in Taiwan, Taiwan has laid solid foundation grassroots football.
