摘要

本研究目的為建構臺灣職業棒球運動永續發展策略，先以文獻分析萃取影響臺灣職業棒球運動永續發展的 8 個構面與 40 個策略因子，接著結合產、官、學之專家共 10 位，先後透過模糊德爾菲 (Fuzzy Delphi Methods, FDM) 專家問卷篩選出適合我國職業棒球永續發展 8 個構面及 30 個策略因子與其權重，再以決策實驗室法 (decision making trial and evaluation laboratory, DEMATEL) 分析策略構面，並依其影響特性分為四類，分別是「核心因子、驅動因子、獨立因子、被影響因子」。研究結果顯示，8 個策略構面中具有影響力的要素為「球賽精采度」、「活絡棒球運動產業」、「球團管理品質」屬於管理資源運用的第一順位，而「落實基層棒球運動」則是第二順位。本研究結果可提供政府與職棒相關經營單位得以適當分配資源在這些關鍵成功因素上，期能提高我國職業棒球之運作效益與競爭力。

The purpose of this study was to develop sustainable strategies for professional baseball in Taiwan. Review of literature was conducted to extract 8 dimensions and 40 critical success factors. Ten experts from industry, authority and academic fields were then recruited and consulted to select eight dimensions and 30 key success factors that were suitable for Taiwan professional baseball sustainable development by means of Fuzzy Delphi Methods (FDM). In addition, core and effective key success factors were analyzed using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and classified as four categories: core factors, drive factors, independent factors and influenced factors. Results indicated that ＂The excitement level of the games,＂ ＂To activate baseball industry,＂ and ＂The quality of baseball team management＂ ranked first-tier factors, followed by ＂To implement grass-rooted baseball activities＂ among the 8 strategic dimensions. The findings from this study provided government and baseball-related industry with guidelines of placing appropriate allocation of resources on these key success factors to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness of professional baseball in Taiwan.
