本研究旨在從社會關係觀點,探討休閒運動參與者的心理需求中的關係感、休閒滿意中的社會休閒滿意與主觀幸福感之關聯性。本研究之對象為參與休閒運動之國立臺灣師範大學職員共 276 名 (男性 78 名,女性 198 名) ,平均年齡 37.5 歲 (標準差= 9.63) ,採立意取樣方式進行問卷調查,問卷內容包含:個人資料、關係感、社會休閒滿意與主觀幸福感量表。研究結果顯示,透過結構方程模式分析,整體模式具有良好之適配。在探討社會關係的基礎下,關係感、社會休閒滿意與主觀幸福感存在正向顯著關聯,此外,兩者會受到社會休閒滿意部分中介。本研究除了探討過去研究之缺口,使相關學術理論連結更為細緻,研究結果亦有助於提升大專院校辦理職員休閒運動方案之成效。
This study was designed to examine the relationship among relatedness of psychological needs, social factor of leisure satisfaction, and subjective well-being from social relational perspective. The method was through purposive sampling to collect 276 samples of college staff participating in leisure sport from National Taiwan Normal University (78 males, 198 females). The average age of samples is 37.5 (SD = 9.63). The scales of questionnaire survey were included individual profile, relatedness, social leisure satisfaction, and subjective well-being. The main results showed that after SEM analysis, the fitness of model was up to an acceptable standard. Based on social relational perspective, there were significant positive relation among relatedness, social leisure satisfaction, and subjective well-being. Moreover, social leisure satisfaction was partly mediated between relatedness and subjective well-being. This study not only explored the gap among past research, but also sophisticated the connection of different academic theories. It will be helpful to enhance the benefits of staff’ leisure sport program hold by college.
