摘要

本文綜合利用相關與回歸分析的方法，結合定量分析與定性分析，探討了FDI對於長三角地區經濟增長與產業優化方面的影響。在經濟增長層面，通過利用Cob-Douglas函數建立多元線性回歸方程，證明瞭FDI是促進區域經濟增長的動力，但是相比較而言其作用明顯小於國內資本投入與勞動力投入。在產業優化層面，通過利用相關係數分析法，論證了FDI對於區域產業優化升級的推動作用。

With comprehensively utilizating correlation and regression analysis method, the quantitative and the qualitative analysis, This article have discussed FDI's influence on the aspect of economy growth and the industrial optimization in Yangtze triangle economical circle. In the economical growth stratification plane, through using the Cob-Douglas function and establishing Multiple linear Regression equation, we had proven FDI was the power which promoted the region economy grows, but this power is obviously to be smaller than that of the domestic capital investment and the labor force investment. In the industrial optimization stratification plane, through using correlation coefficient analysis method, we had proven the FDI's the impetus function on promoting the region industry optimization.
