陽明山地區交通道路對土地利用型態之影響

摘要


影響土地利用型態的因素繁多,本研究以陽明山地區爲範圍,歸納土地利用型態爲農地、建物及林地三類,透過GIS的相關理論與方法,針對交通道路因素對土地利用的影響進行分析。研究結果發現本區有六成的土地爲林地的型態,另外四成則分別爲農地及建物。其中交通道路與建物的關係較爲密切,有65%的建物位在道路兩旁100公尺範圍內;農地則有66%左右之面積位於距道路200公尺的範圍內。綜合來說,道路兩旁300公尺內,已囊括了八成以上的人爲土地利用;超過300公尺外人爲的土地利用型態則較少見,而是以林地居多。綜觀道路與土地利用之關係發現,道路對建物之影響最爲顯著,農地居次,多位於道路兩旁一兩百公尺範圍內,而林地則呈相反的分佈趨勢。

There are many factors influencing the landuses. This study is trying to analyze the influence of the traffic path on the patterns of the agricultural, buildings and forest landuses in Yangmingshan area by GIS. There are about 60% of the landuses within the study area was legally protected as a reserved forest land, while the remaining 40% of the land was developed for other uses. Among them, the building of the traffic roads leaded to the forming of the settlements, with 65% of the buildings being located within 100 meters from the main roads, while 66% of the agricultural landuses is within 200 meters from the main roads. If the boundary extends to 300 meters from the main roads, it will consist of 80% of the human landuses. In other words, beyond the boundary, there are scarcely relics of the human landuses remained to be seen, In a word, from the analyses of the study, the relationship between the traffic roads and the various landuses is closely related. The traffic road is the most significant factor influencing the distribution of building, and, to a lesser degree, the agricultural landuses. Both of them are mostly concentrated within one to two hundred meters from the main roads. Beyond this boundary, the agricultural landuses decrease and the forest landuses increase.
