Does knowledge management can help in resolving curriculum integration and teaching problem for Health and Physical Education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence on teaching effectiveness after application of knowledge management strategy in Tai Chung County. The findings of this study were: 1. there were significant positive relationships between teaching effectiveness and research variables; 2. there were significant positive relationships between knowledge management variables; 3. there were significant positive relationships between teaching effectiveness variables that affected by school; 4. the subjects were passive to the knowledge management strategy in this study; 5. the scores were higher on the 「build of information」 variable and neglect to the 「motivation」 variable on the teaching effectiveness that affected by school and 6. the subjects worked hard on the hardware of 「build of information」 variable, but the result was ineffective.
