跆拳道不同正拳攻擊型態之力量比較與應用

摘要


跆拳道比賽中大部分選手為求明顯得分都以腳攻擊對手居多因此忽略正拳攻擊應用及其重要性。本研究主要目的是瞭解不同正拳攻擊型態的力量及探討攻擊時機。本研究以跆拳道踢擊力量測試器(專利號碼91108624)針對彰化縣二所跆拳道館30位國中生進行實驗,結果如下:男性置於前方攻擊的正拳得分平均力量為30.98公斤;置於後方攻擊力量為54.09公斤。女性置於前方攻擊的正拳得分平均力量為25.17公斤;置於後方力量為30.33公斤。由於以上實驗得知置於後方的正拳攻擊力量,顯著大於置於前方的正拳攻擊力量,但二種攻擊型態均為可有效得分,置於前方正拳攻擊適合被動,做終止對手連續攻擊並在同一時間得分,而置於後方正拳攻擊時機為與對手近身時攻擊後並取出適當距離再續攻。

In Taekwondo competition, most participants kick their competitors in order to score the most points. Therefore, they ignore the importance and application of straight fist attack. The main purpose of this research is to figure out the straight fist attack in different attacking positions、scoring power and timing. This research is based on a Taekwondo-kicking-power-tester designed by and experimented on 30 junior high school students in two Taekwondo dojos in Chung-Hwa County. The results are as following: the male, the average power of the front attack is 30.98 KG and backside attack 54.09 KG. The female, the average power of the front attack is 25.17 KG and backside attack 30.33 KG. According to the result, we learn that the backside straight fist is obviously more powerful than front straight fist. Nevertheless, these two attacking methods are valid scoring. The former is suitable for passive、terminate competitors' continuous attacking and to get scored at the same time. The latter is suitable for attack again with a proper distance after close attack.
