摘要

一般對於外商銀行經營能力大多給予不錯的評價，在不平等的競爭基礎下，外商銀行仍然獲得優於本國銀行的利潤，顯示必有其優勢能力。本文主要研究目的在於探討外商銀行的經營績效影響因素，有別於過去的研究，本文將採用灰關聯分析進行實證研究，分別探討外商銀行之效率排名與影響績效之關鍵因素。
實證結果顯示外商銀行排名與一般預期相符合，如摩根大通、紐約、花旗銀行等均有較高的排名，而在影響績效因素部分，以流動性因素影響較為顯著，而獲利性因素則較不明顯。值得一提的是，雖然近兩年來外商銀行放款成長率大多呈現負向，但仍舊可獲得不錯的利潤。

Generally, we have a better evaluation views on performance of foreign banks than local banks in Taiwan. Under unfair compete base, they still have a more than profit local banks of profit. We consider they have a unique advantageous position. The purpose of this study is to discuss the influence factor for efficiencies of foreign bank. Different from other studies in the past, we adopt the grey relation analysis to estimate it. We would discuss the foreign bank of efficiencies ranking and influence factor of ranking.
The experimental outcome of this study has shown the same with our anticipate, we find the JP Morgan, New York and Deutche Bank that rank of highly in all sample. On other hands, we find the important factor of liquidity index is rather than other index, even the profitable index is not significant in all index.
