再接再勵，邁向成功以S.W.O.T.分析2004年奧運會中華女子壘球代表隊

摘要

2004年奧林匹克運動會是今年最重要的國際賽事，參賽各國莫不以最優秀的運動員來爭取最高的榮譽。我國自然也不例外，針對此次的雅典奧運，我國各單位也投入了大筆的人力、物力，期望中華女壘代表隊能在奧林匹克運動會有好的成績出現，因此，我國體委會也事先預估我國有「一金、二銀、三銅」的實力，研究者有幸能參與此次雅典奧運的培訓工作，能實地的訪談各階段教練並嘗試以S.W.O.T.分析法來分析被我國列為有奪牌希望的中華女子壘球代表隊，其參加2004年奧林匹克運動會中可能的外部機會、威脅與內部的優勢及缺點，雖然在本屆奧運會只獲得第六名，但我國女壘之整體實力提昇不少，希望我中華健兒能秉持「勝不驕，敗不餒」之精神，將目標放在下屆的世界盃、奧運會能如我國體育界的期望，項利奪得獎牌。

The 2004 Olympic Game was the most important competition to our country. Many countries participated in this game with many outstanding athletes strived for the highest honors. For this Athens Olympic Game, Our country spent much resource and finance to help the Chinese Taipei women's soft baseball team and expected them to achieve their best performance in this Athens Olympic Game. Therefore, the National Council of Physical Fitness and Sports (NCPFS) predicted that our representatives will attain (one gold, two silvers and three bronzes). The researcher has the honor to participate the training programs for Chinese Taipei women's soft baseball team in this Athens Olympic Game and interviewed the executive coaches about the missions. In this case, the researcher used S.W.O.T. analysis to analyze the Chinese Taipei women soft baseball team and hopes to solve some of their inner problems and outer threats. Although the Chinese Taipei women soft baseball team finished with the 6(superscript th) place in this Athens Olympic Game but they have improved their performance considerably. Thus, they should set their further goal to the next world women's soft baseball championship cup and try their best to strive for the better performance.
