摘要

本研究旨在瞭解高齡婦女從事晨間休閒運動涉入與身心健康之情形，並探討其變項間之差異性及關係。以宜蘭地區年滿65歲以上（含）之高齡婦女為研究對象，透過自編之「宜蘭地區高齡婦女從事晨間休閒運動涉入與身心健康調查問卷」為研究工具，進行問卷調查。共發出問卷500份，回收有效問卷428份。將所得之有效問卷以單因子變異數分析、雪費事後檢定及典型相關等統計方式進行資料分析處理，茲將各研究結果發現整理如下：一、就涉入層面而言，以「自我價值」涉入層面最高；就健康層面而言，以「生理健康」情形最高。二、不同自覺身體健康情形、教育程度在休閒運動涉入有顯著差異；不同自覺身體健康情形在身心健康有顯著差異。三、高齡婦女休閒運動涉入與身心健康有正相關存在，彼此之間具有線性的關係。

This study aimed at discovering the relation between elderly women’s participation in morning recreational sports involvement and their health condition. The subjects are female citizens over 65 years of age in Yilan area. A survey questionnaire on elderly women's involvement in morning recreational sports and their current health condition has been designed. 500 questionnaires are sent, with 428 valid ones collected. By implementing descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe' method, and Canonical Correlation analysis, the research result is derived and listed as follows: 1. Among the different aspects of involvement, ”self worth” is the highest. Among the different aspects of health, ”physical health” is regarded as improving the most. 2. Women' self-understanding of their health conditions and their education background are related to their involvement of their morning recreational sports. Self-understanding of their own health conditions is also related to their mental and physical health. 3. Elderly women's involvement in recreational sports is positively correlated to their physical and mental health conditions.
