本研究旨在瞭解並探討大專學生休閒態度之情形,並以性別、學制、年級、學院、住宿情形、參與社團、運動次數、休閒夥伴及休閒金額為背景變項,來瞭解不同背景變項大專學生休閒態度之差異情形,採自編量表為研究工具,共計調查北、中、南共14所大專院校,共計發放問卷1400份,回收1278份,有效問卷1046份;以多變量變異數分析進行資料處理,研究之結果為:一、大專學生之休閒態度,以「認知」構面最高,其次依序為「情感」構面和「行為」構面,整體而言,學生休閒態度呈現中間值以上,顯示學生擁有正向之休閒態度;二、不同背景變項大專學生休閒態度在性別、學制、參與社團、運動次數、休閒夥伴等變項達顯著差異,而在年級、學院、住宿情形、休閒金額變項則未達顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to explore the college students' attitudes towards recreations based on genders, school systems, grades, departments, accommodation, clubs participation, frequencies of exercising, recreational partners and expenses on recreation. A self-made questionnaire was employed. There were total of 1,400 copies distributed island-wide, among them 1278 were returned and 1046 were effective. The data was analyzed by using multivariate analysis. The following results were obtained: 1. Among the college students' attitudes towards the recreations, the ”cognition” scored the highest, and the followings were ”affection” and ”behavior.” As a whole, the score of attitudes towards recreations were higher than mid-value, showing that the attitudes were positive. 2. Under the different backgrounds, the attitudes towards recreations among genders, school systems, clubs participation, frequencies of exercising and recreational partners, were obviously different. On the other hand, under the variable grades, departments, accommodation and expenses on recreation, there was no significant difference.
