教師工作壓力與休閒運動參與之研究-以台南地區高中教師為例

A Study of Teachers' Working Pressure and Their Leisure Sports Participation: Taking Examples from Teachers in Tainan

摘要


本研究主要目的,在瞭解台南地區高中教師工作壓力與休閒運動參與的現況,並比較高中教師不同背景變項的工作壓力差異情形,以及工作壓力與休閒運動參與之相關情形。本研究以台南地區48所公私立高中、職教師為研究對象,採叢集抽樣方式選取每校各20名教師為研究樣本,總計共發出960份問卷,回收934份,其中扣除無效問卷16份,有效問卷共計918份,有效問卷回收率為96%。施測後所得資料,使用SPSS for Windows10.0統計軟體進行分析,資料分析方法包括描述性統計、因素分析、t檢定、單因子雙異數分析、單因子多雙量分析等,其結果如下:一、台南地區高中教師工作壓力屬中等壓力。二、台南地區高中教師休閒運動參與程度偏低。三、不同背景變項之高中教師知覺工作壓力程度具有顯著差異。四、不同背景變項之高中教師休閒運動參與具有顯著差異。五、台南地區高中教師工作壓力與休閒運動參與程度達顯著負相關。根據本研究之結果,提供確切的具體數據,以供台南地區高中教師及行政主管單位規劃適宜的教師休閒運動規劃,以促進教師之身心健康。

The purpose of the study is to explore the current condition of teachers' working pressure and their leisure sports participation, comparing the working pressure differentials among the high school teachers with different background variants and the relationship between working pressure and leisure sports participation. The study object is selected from 48 senior high schools and vocational schools. Each school provides 20 study samples. There are 960 questionnaires issued in total. There are 934 retrieved and 16 invalid, so the number of the valid copies is 918 (96%). The data is analyzed with the software of SPSS for Windows10.0. Its approaches includes descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-testing, ANOVA and One-way MANCOVA. The result is as follows: 1. The working pressure scale of teachers in Tainan is medium. 2. Their participation rate of leisure sports is below average. 3. The working pressure scale is obviously differential among the teachers with different background variants. 4. The participation in the leisure sports is obviously different among the teachers with different background variants. 5. It is negative correlation between their working pressure and leisure sports participation. The result can be used as a references for the teachers in Tainan who wants to have a suitable leisure sports planning or the executive authorites.
