日月潭當地居民對泳渡活動之態度、運動觀光衝擊及活動支持研究

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解日月潭地區居民對泳渡活動的態度、運動觀光衝擊與活動支持情形。以2010年第28屆日月潭國際萬人泳渡嘉年華舉辦地周遭居民為研究範圍，發展結構式量化研究問卷作為調查工具，輔以深度訪談質性研究。共計發出447份問卷，經剔除無效與填答不完整之問卷後，有效問卷為410份，有效問卷回收率為91.72%。問卷結果以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行資料分析，獲得以下結論：一、不同人口統計變項在泳渡活動的態度、運動觀光衝擊與活動支持上有顯著差異；二、對於開放空間運動觀光活動，會因為起點、終點與路徑之不同，造成不同的運動觀光衝擊；三、越是獲得正面饋賞的地區，越是支持運動觀光活動發展。量化與質性研究結果交互比對，呈現更真實與貼近日月潭地區居民對於活動舉辦之真實感受。

The purpose of this study was to understand the perspectives of residents on the 2010 Sun Moon Lake Traverse as well as its tourism impact and activity support. A combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods was employed to collect information. The questionnaire was administered to 447 residents and 410 completed questionnaires were returned (91.72% response rate). In addition to the questionnaire, qualitative interviews were also carried out. Data were analyzed, using SPSS statistical software, and qualitative methods were followed to give insights into the differing perspectives of residents. The findings showed that (1) demographic variables did exhibit a significant effect on the Lake Traverse, tourism impact, and activity support; (2) different tourism impacts were occurred due to the difference of the starting point, ending point, or path of the activity; and (3) the more positive feedback received from the residents, the more support on the development of sport tourism activities. By integrating quantitative and qualitative research in this study, a deeper and more real understanding of residents' perspectives was obtained.
