高校課堂考勤新方法-以體育旅遊管理課堂為例

A New Method of "Roll Call Attendance" - A Case Study of Sport Tourism Course

摘要


國際競爭的核心在於人才競爭,人才是建設強國的第一資源。高校肩負為國家培養人才的使命,因此保證高校課堂教學品質尤為重要。伴隨高等教育的發展,課堂考勤逐漸成為高校課堂中必不可少的環節。但目前國內外對高校課堂考勤的研究尚存在空缺和不足。本文採用內容分析法對現有高校課堂考勤常見形式進行歸納整理後對比分析,以有效教學理論為基礎創立“作業考勤法”進行實驗,收集資料並進行訪談。最終得出結論:現行考勤方法多考慮保證學生的“量”,無法提升課堂的“質”。而作業考勤法實驗效果好,學生滿意度高且具有突出優勢,能達到提升課堂品質的效果。但在作業設置、實施過程、回饋機制三個方面仍存在進一步優化的空間。該項研究可以為高效課堂考勤管理提供參考和借鑒。

The core of international competition lies in talent competition, which is the first resource for building a strong country. Colleges and universities shoulder the mission of training talents for the country, and it is particularly important to ensure the quality of classroom teaching. With the development of higher education, classroom attendance has gradually become an indispensable part of College classroom. There are still some vacancies and shortcomings in the study of classroom attendance in Colleges and universities at home and abroad. This paper uses content analysis method to summarize and collate the common forms of classroom attendance in Colleges and universities, and then establishes "homework attendance method" to carry out experiments, collect data and conduct interviews. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the current attendance methods mostly consider guaranteeing the "quantity" of students, and can not improve the "quality" of the classroom. The experiment results of homework attendance method are good and students' satisfaction is high. It has outstanding advantages and can achieve the effect of improving classroom quality. However, there is still room for further optimization in job setting, implementation process and feedback mechanism.
