本研究旨在瞭解不同背景變項對運動教練的自我效能與職業倦怠之差異,與不同自我效能程度對運動教練的職業倦怠之差異,和運動教練的自我效能與職業倦怠之典型相關。以台灣地區的運動教練為研究對象。採立意取樣方式進行問卷調查,共發出250份問卷,有效問卷合計為181份。以t檢定、單因子變異數、單因子多變量與典型相關進行分析。研究結果如下:(一)發現運動教練的性別、教育程度、婚姻狀況、年齡、教練年資、班級規模與運動成就方面,對運動教練的自我效能與職業倦怠,均未達顯著差異;只有班級規模與去人性化有顯著差異,12班以下大於25-48班。(二)發現運動教練的低自我效能、中自我效能與高自我效能對運動教練的職業倦怠之情緒耗竭、低成就感與去人性,均達顯著差異,低 自我效能大於高自我效能與中自我效能。(三) 發現運動教練的個人指導效能與一般指導效能對運動教練的職業倦怠之情緒耗竭、低成就感、去人性化,呈顯著負向影響。
The study aimed to understand the differences between self-efficiency and professional burnout of sport coaches based on different variables, and differences between different levels of self-efficiency on professional burnout, as well as the canonical correlation between the two. The research subjects were the sport coaches in Taiwan. Using purposive sampling approach to conduct the questionnaires, a total of 250 questionnaires were issued and 181 were valid. The questionnaires were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, MANOVA, and canonical correlation analysis. The results were followed: (1) it was found that the sex, level of education, marriage status, age, coaching experience, class size, and sports achievement did not reach significant difference to coaches' self-efficiency and professional burnout. Only class size and depersonalization were significantly different, with the classes of 12 having much more difference than those of 25-48. (2) It was discovered that the low self-efficiency, medium self-efficiency, and high self-efficiency were significantly different to professional burnout, emotional exhaustion, low sense of achievement, and depersonalization, while how self-efficiency scored higher than high and medium self-efficiency. (3) It was found that sport coaches' individual coaching efficiency and general coaching efficiency had significantly negative effect on emotional exhaustion, low sense of achievement, and depersonalization.
